Seasons aged care has a team of fully-qualified carers, on-site 24 hours per day. A Registered Nurse is on call 24 hours a day to provide every level of personal and nursing assistance in the Resident’s own home.
As a Seasons Resident, you choose and only pay for the level of nursing care you require. Seasons offers a range of 'in-home' nursing services that cover
- 24/7 low to high nursing and dementia care
- regular health checks (constant monitoring of your health and wellbeing)
- assistance with medications
- arranging visits from doctors and other medical professionals
- wound and skin care
- injections
- catheter care
- special treatment regimes
- palliative care
- nutritional monitoring (help with suitable diets and eating plans)
- Registered Nurse available when required
Every Seasons community operates a 24 hour Emergency Response System, which includes rapid response emergency buttons in all bedrooms and bathrooms. If required, this emergency system can include Dementia Care features as well.
